Dear friends and family,

We created this page because we have lost a very special person - Faye Mizpah Goddard - who suffered from breast cancer and want to honour their memory.

Faye was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014, and passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday 2nd November 2019. At the time of her passing, Faye was just 78 years of age.

Faye always a fighter, and bravely tackled countless doctor's appointments, radiation, chemotherapy and surgeries head on with such admirable strength and poise. 

During this time Faye didn't let cancer stop her from travelling the world, and continued to laugh and smile while she lived a full life despite her battles. Faye's bravery and strength has inspired many family and friends, and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her.

Faye's family are also inspired and grateful for the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s work and we want to help them raise much needed funds for breast cancer research. We pray for a future where no one has to lose a loved one to breast cancer. 

Faye was personally involved with the foundation, raising money and awareness for cancer research through her participation in fundraising walks, hosting morning teas and donating paintings and artwork to raise funds. 

In lieu of flowers, our family has set up this fundraising page for a charity very close to Faye's heart, to give back to other Australian's still bravely fighting their cancers and illnesses. Any donation big or small can make a huge difference to the lives of many. Please help us honour and continue Faye's legacy by using the 'Give Now' button.
